Yobe PHC Management Board Congratulates the head of service on his Appointment.

The Executive Secretary of the Yobe State Primary Health Care Management Board (YSPHMB), Dr Babagana Kundi Machina, has led the agency’s management team on a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Head of Service, Alhaji Tonga Betara Bularafa, at his office in Damaturu.

In a statement made available to journalists by the chief information officer office of the head of service, Alhassan Sule Mamudo said the visit of the management of the board would strengthen working Synergy for effective service delivery.

Speaking during the visit Machina described the appointment of Alhaji Bularafa by Governor Mai Mala Buni as a commendable decision. He praised the new Head of Service as a trustworthy, dedicated, honest, and disciplined civil servant with a career built from the grassroots over the years. Machina urged Alhaji Bularafa to continue leading by example, offering prayers for divine guidance and protection in his new task.

In his response, the Head of Service, Alhaji Tonga Betara Bularafa, expressed gratitude to the Executive Secretary and the YSPHMB team for the visit. Alhaji Bularafa assured them of his commitment to justifying the trust placed in him by Governor Mai Mala Buni.

He also lauded the agency’s efforts in improving healthcare delivery in Yobe State, emphasizing the importance of sustaining the giant strides toward a healthier and more resilient state.
