Senator Babangida Usaini Walin Kazaure Launches Agricultural Support Initiative in Sule Tankarkar

Senator Babangida Usaini Walin Kazaure, representing Jigawa North/West Senatorial District, has launched a major agricultural support initiative with the donation of 600 bags of fertilizer to farmers in Sule Tankarkar Local Government. This initiative is part of a comprehensive program that will see each of the 12 local governments across his senatorial district receive 600 bags of fertilizer and N500,000 for transportation costs.

The Senator emphasized that this initiative represents another opportunity to boost the economy from the grassroots level. "This fertilizer distribution program is designed to directly impact our farming communities and strengthen agricultural productivity across our senatorial district," Senator Wali stated. "We are committed to ensuring that our farmers have access to the resources they need to succeed."

Senator Wali gave assurance that he will continue to provide social development programs across his constituency, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to improving the lives of his constituents through targeted interventions in agriculture and rural development.

Professor Shehu Abdullahi Ma'aji, Managing Director of North West Development, praised Senator Wali's efforts, describing him as "a father waging war against poverty." The Chairman of Sule Tankarkar Local Government, Alhaji Tasi'u Adamu, welcomed the development and assured that the fertilizer would be distributed to grassroots farmers who need it most.

The fertilizer distribution program comes at a critical time when farmers across Jigawa State are preparing for the upcoming planting season. The initiative is expected to boost agricultural productivity and contribute to food security in the region, reflecting Senator Wali's continued commitment to addressing the needs of his constituents through practical, impactful interventions.
