4 Dead, 12 Hospitalized After Ghastly Accident in Jigawa LG

A ghastly accident has claimed the lives of four passengers and left 12 others hospitalized in Kirikasamma Local Government Area of Jigawa State.

The council chairman of Kirikasamma, Muhammad Maji Wakili Marma, has paid a condolence visit to the people of Busuku over the loss of their native sons who died in the accident.

The four passengers who lost their lives were from Busuku village and were on their way to attend a wedding ceremony at Saleri village, all in Kirikasamma Local Government Area.

During his condolence visit, the council chairman consoled the families of the deceased and donated to support them during this difficult time.

In the same vein, Honourable Zama Fulata, member representing Kirikasamma, Birniwa, and Guri, also paid a condolence visit to the families of the deceased. He prayed for them and urged them to bear the fortitude of their loss.

Earlier, the four deceased passengers were identified as natives of Busuku village, while the 12 injured passengers were receiving treatment at Hadejia General Hospital. Two of the injured passengers, who sustained serious injuries, were transferred to Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital for further treatment.
