NASSI Commends Jigawa Speaker for initiating N30 Billion Stimulus Package for SMEs

The National Association of Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI) Jigawa State Chapter has commended Governor Mallam Umar Namadi for lunching a stimulus package to support over 60,000 small businesses in Jigawa State with N30 billion.

The stimulus package which initiated by the state's House of Assembly members, was launched in Miga, with the Speaker of the state Assembly, Alhaji Haruna Aliyu Dangyatin, announcing that 1,000 small business owners received N100,000 each, while others received varying amounts.

The governor pledged to support legislators in strengthening relationships with constituents and alleviating their suffering.

The initiative aims to support at least 2,000 small businesses in each of the 30 constituencies in the state.

The governor expressed hope that this initiative would be replicated in the remaining constituencies before Ramadan.
